SNEAK PEEK: MADEFABULOUS.COM

Hello everyone!

So as I've mentioned in a previous post, I've been working on an awesome new project and I want ya'll to be the FIRST to get a sneak peek at what I've been doing these past couple months! I am sooo excited to announce that I am launching a new website and moving into my very own URL! Above are some of the products I will be carrying; still bringing you only the trendiest and raddest handpicked clothing, jewelry, and accessories - this time both new & vintage! I'm also adding a pretty sweet home decor section too!

Between setting up the studio and my work schedule, I've still managed to put in a ton of hours, working day and night, taking photos, gathering items, and getting it to launch as soon as possible. I'm extremely proud of it and it's honestly something I've been wanting to do for a really long time. I cannot wait until it goes live!

My current shop is still open - hoping to later transition from my current shop into my new one in the future though! But in the mean time, the shop is still full of stuff so be sure to check it out!

I will officially announce the launch of my new website VERY soon, so please stay tuned on the blog or follow me on Facebook or  Twitter

bargain hunter

Top: Asos | Skirt: Banana Republic (vintage) | Bag: Vintage (available here) | Booties: DV by Dolce Vita | Sunglasses: F21 Men's

When it comes to shopping, I always hunt for the best bargains. I personally believe that you don't need to break the bank to create an affordable, yet trendy and stylish look.

I purchased this Asos button up shirt a while back for its price and of course, I loved it for its gold buttons and fishtail cut. Because the fit is a bit baggier than I hoped, I paired it with this mini skirt and booties for a more feminine look. Couldn't resist sporting a chunky knit beanie as it just so happens to be one of my favorite things to wear during the fall/winter and it seemed only appropriate to throw on, as I'm still very much looking forward to the day when I can finally wear layers and scarves on a regular basis.

What're some of your favorite fall/winter pieces? Share!

old treasure

Top: F21 | Skirt: Urban Outfitters (Old) | Bag: Bally (vintage) | Pumps: Urban Outfitters (old)| Necklaces: Madefabulous

Burgundy has always been one of my favorite colors; it's timeless, classy, and absolutely perfect for the fall. I haven't worn this skirt in ages, mainly because I forgot I had it but I'm really glad I stumbled upon it in my closet. I can't get enough of the subtle pleat detailing of the skirt and I just love how it goes so well with neutrals.

feelin' floral

Kimono: Vintage (available here) | Turban: F21 | Bag: Vintage (available here) | Shorts: Bongo (vintage) | Necklace: Minimalist Gold Geometric Chain Necklace by Madefabulous  | Boots: Nine West (old)

While my closet is still packed with tanks and sundresses, I'm soo ready for oversized sweaters, chunky knit scarves, and skinny jeans! Thankfully, for the past few days, the weather has cooled down significantly; I can finally start wearing boots again!

I threw on this floral kimono, which I absolutely love for its unique rose pattern with glittery gold detailing. Because the kimono was somewhat dressy, I toned it down by wearing a plain white tank and kept my accessories minimal.

Oh, and if you're ever having a pretty bad hair day, throw on a turban because it seriously does wonders! I wore this gorgeous wine-colored knit turban today because my bangs were just not cooperating with me and to my amazement, it actually added a bit more character to this particular look.

What do you do when you're having a bad hair day? I'd love to hear some of your tips!

roaming free

Dress: TJ Maxx | Bag: Vintage Coach | Belt: Vintage | Necklace: Hamsa Necklace by Madefabulous (similar here

Seriously in love with this dress! The stunning horse all-over print caught my attention and I knew I just had to get it. Also, I'm really digging the button detailing as it adds a bit of a more girly, feminine flair. I paired the dress with a vintage braided belt to make the dress pop.

It's still pretty hot where I live, so I decided to wear this today to a community sale near my neighborhood. Surprisingly, the sale was a lot better than I expected. I found a lot of nice, little vintage trinkets for the home and even scored myself a pair of vintage Escada shoes. Absolute love!

Trying to get back into blogging (again), but this time, I feel more committed than ever. So far, I've been having a pretty busy October ; kind of all over the place. Been working on some fun, new projects and I'm really excited about them!
