Coachella 2013 - Weekend 1

Holy shit, I can't believe it's been two weeks since I've last updated my blog! I apologize for the delay in updating; I got sick at the end of Coachella and blogging was the last thing on my mind :(  But, I'm back now!

It was my first time going to Coachella and I had such a phenomenal time. I didn't really get a chance to take too many outfit photos while I was there because I was too busy having fun and enjoying the music and the festivities, haha. Some of my favorite performers were the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, The Postal Service, The XX, Phoenix, and Red Hot Chili Peppers. Although this was my first time going, it's definitely not my last :)

Did you attend Coachella? Who were some of your favorite performers?

california dreamin'

Headband: Forever 21 | Shorts: vintage | Bag: Dooney & Bourke (vintage) | Sandals: Target

I'm livin' it up with 80+ degree weather in the middle of March (I love warm weather, but it's too early to be this hot).

Lately, I've really been into self-tie blouses - they're flowy, stylish, and they're the perfect balance between feminine and casual. Also, for this particular blouse I'm wearing, I couldn't resist the pretty all-over palm tree print. I paired it with these adorable vintage floral embroidered denim shorts and my sweet huarache sandals from Target, which are perhaps the best sandals I've ever bought; super comfy and ideal for the spring and summer season.

summer daze

Vest: vintage | Dress: vintage | Necklace: Madefabulous | Rings: Urban Outfitters, Madefabulous, Asos | Bag: Urban Outfitters | Boots: DV by Dolce Vita

Today definitely felt like summer and I have to say that I was extremely happy to whip out one of the many summer dresses I own in my closet. I was out and about running errands so I wanted to be comfortable. Wore this amazing vintage mixed print dress featuring a high-low hemline and paired it with one of my favorite ankle booties from Dolce Vita and my Urban Outfitters hobo bag, which holds a ton of shit which I LOVE (I'm one of those who for some ungodly reason carries a bunch of stuff, haha).

I've added a bunch of new RAD items to the shop -- check them out here

Hope all of you had a splendid Monday!
